 A lifelong resident of St. Petersburg, Chris Craig is passionate about customer service and helping others. As a former production manager, he learned that trustworthy service builds solid customer relationships and a reliable team that saw no turnover during his tenure. Chris Craig brings to Brightway several years of experience in sales, marketing and customer service. He graduated from Shorecrest Preparatory School, located near his new Brightway Agency. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Central Florida in Orlando and holds a 2-20 Property and Casualty License. 

Prior to joining The Craig Agency, Dawayne worked in the Customer Service industry for 38 years. During that time, he was fortunate to own and manage an award-winning sub shop franchise that eventually sold in 2015. The shop was located in Green Cove Springs, Fla.

In his experience with Brightway, he received impeccable customer service and was assisted by a live agent who was polite, courteous, and had a warm sense of understanding of his insurance needs. After receiving his quote, he thought about how much he'd like to work there!

When it comes to insurance, Dawayne loves the feeling of helping others as well as the comradery of working on a team. He currently works with local realtors, financial institutions and local leaders to develop stronger communications within his local community.

Dawayne describes himself as a very outgoing individual who loves life and lives it to the absolute fullest.

 Sydney has a degree in Illustration from Ringling College of Art and Design and also studied Early Childhood Development for a year in college. Prior to her insurance career, she was a pre-school teacher at the YMCA and maintained her creativity by working at Painting with a Twist.

She has worked in the Insurance industry for two years and enjoys her position at Brightway because she is able to offer her clients a wide range of coverages at a reasonable price.
